This Cheshire Cream Painted Extending Dining Table with Oak top is a beautifully designed dining table that comfortably seats 6 people (8 people at a squeeze).

The dining table top has a very easy to use butterfly leaf extension mechanism that simply allows the table top to pull apart to reveal the extension leaves that simply fold out from within the table and into place making the table 2.1m in length. This a great dining table to use if you don’t want to take up too much space when it’s not required to seat so many people.

It has a cream painted base frame and with the 40mm thick oak top it certainly portrays the feeling of quality. It is a very strong and sturdy rectangle dining table and the build quality is exceptional.

The dining table base is painted in a light cream colour with a satin paint finish and the 40mm thick oak top has a hand applied limed oak finish that really brings out the beauty in the oak grain, the oak top is then finished with a protective satin lacquered finish that is both hard-wearing and maintenance free.

The dining table is skilfully hand made with traditional time honoured construction methods in a timeless design that fits into both modern and traditional home décor settings. The top outer frame is made using high quality North American solid oak and features thick oak veneered central panels for increased stability over time. The painted leg frame is made using solid pine. The table has been made using traditional time honoured construction methods and will no doubt last for generations to come.
