This oak bookcase is skilfully hand made with traditional time honoured construction methods using a combination of high quality North American solid oak for the frames, solid pine, thick oak veneers and man-made boards are also used for increased strength and durability over time. The drawer sides are made using solid pine and feature dovetail joints for increased strength and drawer stops to prevent you from accidentally pulling the drawers all the way out. The feet also have height adjustable foot pads to allow for easy levelling on uneven floors.

This bookcase requires very minor assembly, top bookcase section simply sits on the base and requires screwing together using the joining plates on the back. It is also supplied with an anti-topple safety kit so you can ensure it is secured to a wall to prevent it from ever tipping over. We also offer assembly service upgrades at checkout if you would prefer to not have to assemble the bookcase on top of the base yourself.
