Do you offer finance?

Yes, we offer finance packages for customers over the age of 18, who have lived in the UK for at least 3 years and placing an order totalling £500 or more. We offer 9.9% interest bearing credit over 12 & 24 months, and 14.9% over 36 and 48 months. For orders totalling £1000 or more then there is the option for Interest Free Credit over 12 months. No deposit is required for any of our finance packages.

Who supplies your finance?

The Furniture Market acts as a credit broker and only offers credit products from Secure Trust Bank PLC trading as V12 Retail Finance. The Furniture Market is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (registration number is 666803). Finance is provided subject to our terms. Can I cancel an order paid with finance?

Yes you are able to cancel your order if you paid by finance. The payment method you choose will not affect your standard rights regarding cancellation and returns. If you want to cancel your order then please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@thefurnituremarket.co.uk or calling 01829759259.

Can I return an order paid with finance

Yes you can return your order if you paid by finance. The payment method you choose will not affect your standard rights regarding cancellation and returns. If you want to return your order then please contact us within the 30 day returns period by emailing returns@thefurnituremarket.co.uk.

What are your finance options?

We offer finance on all orders totalling £500 or more with no deposit required. We offer 9.9% interest bearing credit over 12 & 24 months and 14.9% over 36 and 48 months. For orders totalling £1000 or more then there is the option for Interest Free Credit over 12 months.

My finance application has been declined - can you help?

Unfortunately we aren’t able to help if your finance application has been declined. All acceptance decisions with regards to finance packages are made by V12 and we are not able to discuss application decisions with them.

If I use finance can you deliver to a separate shipping address?

Yes we can however you will need to provide the delivery information to V12 at point of application. If you have already applied for finance and been accepted but your delivery address changes then you must contact us as soon as possible. We will then need to complete a change of address form for V12 and gain approval for delivery to be carried out to the new address.

The finance link is taking me to an external website - is this correct?

Yes our finance packages are provided by V12 and therefore you will be redirected to their website to complete the application.

My application has been referred - what does this mean?

If your application has been referred then it will need to be checked by V12 prior to a decision being made. Many reasons can cause your application to be referred but it shouldn’t take too long to receive a decision back. If V12 require any additional information from you then they will be in touch.

Can I pay off my finance agreement early?

If you would like to discuss paying off your agreement early then we would advise speaking to V12. They can be contacted on 02920468912.

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes you must spend at least £500 to qualify for finance. Please note to qualify for interest free finance you must spend at least £1000.

When will my first payment be?

Your first instalment will be payable approximately 30 days after your order has been delivered. However your payment date will be confirm by V12.

Can I take finance out and delay my delivery?

Once finance has been authorised, it is valid for 90 days. Therefore you can delay your delivery however your order must be dispatched before the 90 day period has finished.
