The front of the bedding box has a finger groove underneath the top front edge that allows for you to easily open and close the top. The top has sprung safety hinges that allow for the top to safely stay open when fully opened.

This furniture has a slate grey painted body with a satin paint finish and the natural oak top has a light whitewash finish that beautifully highlights the oak grain. The oak top has a protective oiled finish that is hardwearing and maintenance free.

This bedding box is skilfully hand made with traditional time honoured construction methods using a combination of high quality American solid oak for the top frame with oak veneers and solid pine for the frame with man-made board in the panels for increased strength and durability over time.
