Delivery Help – Frequently Asked Questions
We always offer a free delivery option for every product we sell. Free delivery methods are either Free 2 Man Delivery which is when our own in-house delivery team are delivering in your area or DPD Couriers (for small items).
For a small fee you can upgrade your Free 2 Man delivery to our Premium Delivery service which includes room of choice delivery, packaging removal and recycling and assembly of any furniture if required. You can upgrade to this Premium Delivery service at checkout.
We also offer an Express 2 Man Delivery service for a small charge per product which gives you the flexibility to select a delivery date on a weekday of your choice. Very large products and Scottish postcodes with prefix: KY, FK, PH, DD, AB, IV KW, PA, KA27-28 are excluded from this Express 2 Man Delivery service.
Yes when placing your order you are given the option to provide us with more information about how to find your address or if we need to carry out specific instruction on your delivery (i.e. deliver to a neighbour). The more information you can provide us with the better.
Delivery is always free for our Free 2 Man Delivery service or next day parcel delivery service (using DPD couriers). For a small fee you can upgrade your Free 2 Man delivery to our unbox and recycling service with complimentary assembly (if required) and this is available for you to select at checkout.
We also offer an Express 2 Man Delivery service for a small charge per product which gives you the flexibility to select a delivery date on a weekday of your choice. Very large products are excluded from this Express 2 Man Delivery service.
If your order is in stock then you will be asked to book a delivery date at checkout. If you are ordering an item which is out of stock then you won't be able to select a delivery date until we have received full stock of your order. Once we have received stock of your order then our customer service team will contact you to book in your delivery date. If part of your order is out of stock then we will always wait to receive stock of your full order before booking delivery. If you would like delivery of your in stock items first then please contact us so we can split your order and book in delivery of your in stock items.
We plan our delivery routes in geographical order so they are as fuel efficient as possible ensuring we are keeping our environmental impact to a minimum. Therefore we are unable to take delivery time requests. However you will be issued a 3 hour delivery time slot three days before your planned delivery date and on the delivery day our delivery team will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to their arrival. If you would like our drivers to carry out any special instructions then please advise us of these when placing your order or by calling our customer service team on 01829759259. If you have selected an Express 2 Man Delivery service then you will be issued with a delivery time slot on the evening before your delivery day and you will also receive a delivery tracking link.

Yes all items which are in stock and that are ordered together should be delivered at the same time.
Yes we will always try to deliver your order using the same delivery method as you have chosen at checkout. Our Free 2 Man Delivery service is carried out using our own in-house delivery team. Our Express 2 Man Delivery service is carried out by a specialist 2 Man Delivery courier. Our Free Next Day Parcel delivery service is carried out by DPD Couriers.
If your order hasn't arrived within the time frame given then please call us on 01829759259 so we can track your delivery for you.
To reduce our carbon footprint if part of your order is out of stock with the remaining items showing as in stock then we would automatically deliver your items in the one delivery once we have received stock of your full order. If you would prefer to take delivery of the in stock items in the meantime then please call us on 01829759259 and we can arrange this for you.
It depends on the delivery method you have chosen. If your delivery is by our Free 2 Man delivery service then we will post a card through your letterbox. This will ask you to call us to re-arrange another delivery date. The next available delivery date will be when we are
next delivering in your area.
If your delivery is being made by DPD then you will also receive a missed delivery card and email and they will try and deliver the following day.
If you have paid for an Express 2 Man Delivery service and you are not in to take delivery as planned then they will return your order back to their depot pending instructions for a re-delivery date. Please note that you will be liable for the re-delivery cost at the same rate as originally charged, this is because the Express 2 Man Delivery courier still charges us per delivery attempted whether or not you are there to accept the delivery. If you are unable to take your delivery as planned then please contact us by 11am on the weekday (Monday to Friday) before your scheduled delivery date. Any cancellations after this time will still be charged at the original delivery charge amount as your goods would of left our warehouse.
If you would like to change your delivery date then please contact us by 11am on the weekday (Monday to Friday) before your scheduled delivery date. Any cancellations of scheduled Express 2 Man Deliveries after this time will still be charged at the original delivery charge amount as your goods would of left our warehouse. Please contact us by phone, email or live chat. If you have already received a time slot from our delivery department and you aren't available then please call us as soon as possible.
If the delivery time slot provided isn't suitable then please contact us on 01829759259. Express 2 Man Delivery is carried out by a specialist 2 Man Delivery company on a weekday of your choice. This is a chargeable delivery service and is priced per product.
DPD delivery on small items (e.g. mirrors, bedsides and dining chairs) if bought alone are delivered Free of charge on a weekday of your choice. If these small items are ordered as part of a larger order the order will be combined and be delivered together using either our Free 2 Man service or the Express 2 Man Delivery
service depending on which one you have chosen at checkout.
For our Free 2 Man delivery service we deliver Monday to Saturday from 7am to 9pm depending on your location. We deliver in certain areas of the country on set delivery days. We will also give you a 3 hour delivery time slot two days before your delivery and also call you 30 mins beforehand on the day of your delivery. You can check the available delivery days for your area by entering your postcode into our delivery postcode checker on our product detail pages and at checkout.
If you select our Express 2 Man delivery then your delivery times can be within the hours of 7am – 9pm (you will be provided with a 3 hour time slot on the evening before your delivery day).
If you are having delivery by DPD couriers then delivery is on a weekday of your choice between 8am to 6pm. On the day of your delivery you will also be provided with a delivery time slot and tracking link so you can track the progress of your delivery.
On each product listing we state the delivery method we use for the item and at checkout it will say which delivery method is used for your delivery depending on the delivery date you choose. We only have three types of delivery service:

Yes if you select our Free 2 Man delivery service for a small fee that is quoted and selected at checkout you can upgrade your delivery service so we will unbox your furniture, assemble your furniture if required and then take away all of the packaging for recycling. The cost of this service is based on the amount of items you order and complexity of removing and recycling packaging and assembly time if required. This is a recommended service for the eco-minded customer as our furniture can come with plenty protective packaging.
If you select an Express 2 Man Delivery service then this includes unboxing and packaging removal, it does not include assembly if required.
If your product arrives with no assembly instructions or you have lost them then please contact us by email, live chat or phone. We can then send you assembly instructions if we have them or alternatively we can advise you on how to assemble your items.
The majority of our furniture is delivered to you fully assembled but some items do require assembly. Assembly information for all our products can be found within the product description located below the product images.
If you would like your item assembling by one of our experienced delivery teams then please select our unboxing and recycling service which also includes assembly of any product at checkout. The price for this service will be calculated at checkout where you can select the upgraded delivery service.
